Living in Aljada
Aljada is Arada's flagship master community in Sharjah, a huge mixed use district of modern apartments and townhouses launched in 2017 and built around the Zaha Hadid designed Madar entertainment hub. It is family friendly and comparatively affordable, drawing residents who want new build homes, parks and amenities without Dubai prices, including many who commute across to Dubai for work. The trade off is Sharjah's well known rush hour traffic and the fact that several districts are still being completed.
