Danube has published its August 2026 payment plans. A 30/70 plan on selected towers, a 0.5% per month construction plan with or without post-handover on the rest, and a zero down payment plan on Bayz 101 and Bayz 102 at 2% per month for 50 months.

What is a 20/80 payment plan?
You pay 20% of the price during construction and 80% on handover. It keeps the upfront cost low and lets you plan the larger payment for completion. Enre Residence in Dubai South and The Symphony in Meydan Horizon are on a 20/80 plan.
What is the 5% launch discount?
A limited discount applied at launch on top of the flexible plan, while the current allocation lasts. It applies across all three projects here.
Which projects have flexible plans right now?
Sea Cliff by Imtiaz on Dubai Islands (30/70), Enre Residence in Dubai South (20/80), and The Symphony in Meydan Horizon (20/80).
Do these qualify for the Golden Visa?
A single property at AED 2,000,000 or more qualifies for the 10-year Golden Visa, off-plan included. Most units here sit at or above that line.
