REEMAH ELITE is a real estate brokerage licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We hold trade licence 1641298 and RERA broker registration number (ORN) 63533, issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency of the Dubai Land Department. We operate this website at www.reemahelite.com.

For the purposes of UAE Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, we are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. If you are in the EU or the UK, we act as controller under the GDPR and UK GDPR respectively.

Information you give us

When you submit an enquiry, register interest in a launch, request a report or use our chat assistant, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and anything you choose to write in the message field, along with the page or project the enquiry came from.

Identity documents

Some developers require a passport copy to complete a priority registration or a reservation. We never collect identity documents through this website. When one is needed we request it separately over WhatsApp or email, we use it only for that specific registration, and we pass it only to the developer concerned.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites we receive technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP. Our analytics and advertising providers set cookies and similar identifiers, described in the cookies section below.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for payment card details, bank details or passwords anywhere on this site. We will never request them by email. If you receive such a request claiming to be from us, do not respond and tell us.

We use personal data for the following purposes.

• To respond to your enquiry and advise you. This is the main reason we hold your details. Basis: your consent, and the steps necessary to enter into a contract at your request.
• To register your interest with a developer where you have asked us to. Basis: your consent.
• To send you information about launches, availability and market updates relevant to what you asked about. Basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
• To measure and improve the website and our advertising. Basis: your consent for non essential cookies, and our legitimate interest in understanding how the site performs.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including RERA record keeping and anti money laundering requirements that apply to licensed brokers. Basis: compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as set out here.

• Developers and their sales teams, where you have asked us to register your interest or submit a reservation. They become a separate controller of the data we pass on.
• Google LLC. Enquiry submissions are delivered into a Google Form owned by our business, and we use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage.
• Meta Platforms Inc. Where the Meta Pixel is active it reports website activity, including registrations, back to Meta so we can measure and target our advertising.
• Vercel Inc., which hosts this website and processes server logs on our behalf.
• Authorities and professional advisers, where we are required to disclose by law or regulation.

Several of these providers are based outside the UAE, so your data may be transferred to and stored in other countries, including the United States. We rely on the providers’ own standard contractual protections for those transfers.

We use three kinds of cookie and similar technology.

• Strictly necessary. Needed for the site to work, for example remembering that you have dismissed a notice for the rest of your session. These cannot be turned off.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages are read, how people move through the site and where they arrive from. We use it in aggregate, not to identify you personally.
• Advertising. The Meta Pixel records actions on this site, such as submitting a registration, and reports them to Meta. This lets us measure what our advertising actually produces, show ads to people who visited but did not enquire, and build similar audiences. It is only active when we are running paid campaigns.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add on, and you can control how Meta uses your activity in your Meta account ad settings. Blocking analytics or advertising cookies does not stop you using this site.

Enquiry records are kept for up to five years from our last contact with you, which reflects how long a UAE property decision can take and the record keeping expected of a licensed broker. Where a transaction completes, records tied to it are kept for the period required by RERA and UAE anti money laundering rules. Identity documents are kept only for as long as the registration or reservation they were provided for, then deleted. Analytics data is retained on the provider’s standard schedule.

If you ask us to delete your data and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• ask us to delete your data, subject to our legal record keeping duties,
• restrict or object to how we process it, including direct marketing,
• receive your data in a portable format,
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it, and
• complain to the UAE Data Office.

To exercise any of these, email info@reemahelite.com or message the desk on WhatsApp. We respond within 30 days. To stop marketing messages, reply STOP to any message or tell us by email, and it takes effect immediately.

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is limited to the people on our desk who need it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data we hold. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the UAE Data Office as the law requires.

This site is intended for adults considering a property purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
