The content on this site is published for information. It is not an offer, an invitation to treat, a reservation, or a contract of any kind. No property is reserved and no price is agreed until a reservation form is signed with the developer and the developer accepts it in writing. Submitting an enquiry or registering interest through this site creates no obligation on either side.

We compile project data from developer releases, official inventory sheets, Dubai Land Department records and published listings. We work to keep it accurate and we label where each figure came from, but the UAE off plan market moves quickly and any figure can be out of date by the time you read it.

Pre launch and expected figures. Where a project has not yet launched, prices, unit sizes, plot areas, payment plans and handover dates are expectations rather than confirmed facts, and we label them as such. They are not published developer figures, they are not quotes, and they change. Where we show a price per square foot derived from an expected price, that is our arithmetic, not a developer number.

Always verify before you transact. Check every figure against the developer’s own documentation and your own advisers before committing money. We are not liable for a decision made on a figure published here that later proves to be different.

Nothing on this site is investment, tax, mortgage or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any particular property. Yield estimates, price comparisons and market commentary are general information. Property values can fall as well as rise. Take independent professional advice on your own circumstances before you transact.

Parts of this site use automated tools to summarise projects and answer questions. They draw on our catalogue but they can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they do not replace advice from a person. Treat anything they produce as a starting point, confirm it with our desk, and never act on it alone.

The research, written content, data compilation, branding and layout of this site belong to REEMAH ELITE. You may read, print and share pages for your own use.
