Forested villa sanctuary
Inside Masaar
Arada's second masterplan in the Suyoh district plants 70,000-plus trees along a green spine linking eight gated villa and townhouse communities. It has become the northern emirates' reference product for affordable, design-led family villas, drawing both Sharjah upgraders and Dubai-priced-out buyers. Early phases have handed over with the landscaping largely delivered, rare for the segment. The value case rests on villa scarcity within organised, freehold-eligible Sharjah communities.

Living in Masaar
Masaar is Arada's forest themed gated community in Al Suyoh on the greener Emirates Road side of Sharjah, wrapped in a promised 50,000 trees with cycling tracks, woodland trails and open parks. It draws young and growing families who want new build villas and townhouses, space and quiet rather than city bustle. The masterplan is still maturing, so a lively lived in feel is arriving in phases as more clusters and the central souq complete.
