Catch Residence

Catch Residences by IGO is a new complex in the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) community. The project was inspired by the sun-drenched style of residential communities in the United States. The residential tower has 21 storeys and offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as executive one-bedroom residences. All housing units have private balconies with indoor/outdoor living spaces. Windows and balcony doors are constructed using double-glazed glass, which provides impact protection and sound resistance. Apartments were designed using light-toned colour schemes and Italian-made porcelain flooring tiles, and kitchens feature high-end modern appliances.
