FLU1D One is an upcoming project located in the Dubai Islands, forming part of a coastal island district overlooking waterfront surroundings. Developed by Object 1, the project will feature residential units designed for varied living needs. It will provide ease of living with a calm coastal setting, where indoor spaces will open towards the water and the island surroundings, creating a balanced residential atmosphere. Residents will have access to several recreational amenities, including a kids’ play area, swimming pool and gym within dedicated leisure spaces. The development will be connected via Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), offering easy access to key destinations across Dubai and linking major residential and commercial areas across the city.
