The project was designed to mirror Karl Lagerfeld’s maison facade at 21 Rue St Guillaume, in Paris. It comprises 51 residences, each featuring 5 to 7 bedrooms, with property sizes ranging from 721 square meters to 1790 square meters. Residents have the opportunity to personalize their properties by selecting from two distinct facade design options, both featuring grand entrances reminiscent of the Maison’s 18th-century charm. Strategically positioned in Meydan, the property offers easy access to the airport and the city center while remaining exclusively secluded.
