One Safa by DAMAC Properties is a new luxury residential complex in the Al Safa area from Dubai's leading developer DAMAC Properties. The project consists of two towers with a height of 44 and 60 floors, which will house luxury and ultra-luxury apartments as well as exclusive penthouses.
