The Opus Tower

The Opus skyscraper is a 21-story mixed-use building located in Dubai's Business Bay. The complex is made in a futuristic architectural style and has the shape of a cube with curved edges. Especially spectacular is the mirror opening, which is illuminated at night. In the basement part, the building is united by a common podium, and in the upper part - by a three-story bridge, inside which there are hotel apartments. The Opus was designed by Omniyat Properties in collaboration with legendary architect and designer Zaha Mohammed Hadid, who was awarded the Pritzker Prize in 2004. The complex includes commercial properties and luxury serviced apartments. There is also a wellness center, shopping areas, underground parking, a cafe and a Michelin-starred restaurant.
