One Za Abeel

ne Za'abeel - a new iconic community by Kerzner International and Ithra Dubai, located in the heart of Dubai. The construction of the complex began in 2017 and is still ongoing, with completion planned for Q4 2023. One Za'abeel is a multifunctional complex that includes both commercial and residential real estate. The community consists of two towers, 57 and 67 stories high, built on a single foundation. The buildings are also connected by the world's longest panoramic sky podium, The Link, located at a height of 100m. Inside, there are several top-notch restaurants, a lounge bar, and an observation deck. After completion, The Link may be listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's longest cantilevered building, spanning 226m.
