Remraam

Remraam is a gated residential neighbourhood with 56 buildings in the western part of Dubailand. The neighbourhood consists of two autonomous communities: Al Thamam and Al Ramth. Properties are located among local parks in light-colored buildings featuring a Moorish style. The development was designed to resemble the sun with open green space at its centre and multi-storey houses radiating out from the middle like sun rays. The project aims to provide its residents with easy access to a healthy lifestyle. The neighbourhood offers plenty of recreation areas and sports facilities, including tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, volleyball courts, walking paths, yoga spaces, and outdoor fitness areas. The neighbourhood has several child development and education facilities, including Tiny Town, Blossom Mudon, Ranches Elementary School, South View School, and Gems Metropole, which are located within a 10-minute drive of the residences.
